Been listening to this. Definitely their best so far, I really like it...they've really got their own sound now. Every song has a "shit this part is awesome" part that could make it a standout on a more average album. Some of the melodic chorus-type parts are samey sounding and there a couple parts that are kinda annoying (verse of He Who Spawned the Furies) but overall this is pretty damn good. Riffs are thrashy and catchy, vocals are good (especially for thrash), guitars and drums have never been better...there's not much not to like.
On a side note, though I'm glad it's converting people, it's really not that different from The Crusade, so some of the people who like Trivium now should probably give that a re-listen (read: noodles)
