Yeah... Don't know if it's overseas yet, but I have been enjoying it for a while. Not the same without Flemming, but still very very good. The new Heathen is due next month.

Hordes of Chaos was my favourite Thrash album so far, but since Waking into Nightmares is out, it's a draw. The new Hatesphere is very good too. And in late summer the new Slayer and Megadeth are coming. The race is very close for 2009.

PS.: And I have to listen to the new Artillery (i know two songs), but it's very hard to get.

I can't get myself to listen through their new one.. And.. They're way more melodeath than thrash.

Yeah, I understand you perfectly. This kind of Thrash with modern influences is not for me. Btw, I just read this:

Blabbermouth wrote:
"The Evolution Of Chaos", the long-awaited new album from reactivated San Francisco Bay Area thrashers HEATHEN, has had its release date (via Holland's Mascot Records) pushed back to late 2009 from the previously announced July 20. The band, which began recording the new CD in 2008, is said to still be mixing the effort.

Oh and I have another one to add to my list...

At War - Infidel

It's not out until next month, I think, but you can hear samples of each new song on amazon. Man oh man, it's like they didn't take 20+ years off.

Yep, best Kreator album since Coma of Souls. They've reduced the Gothenburgness, and what they have included actually works; unlike on Enemy of God, which was oversaturated with incompetent melodic death. And they have a nice mixture of thrashy energy, good riffs, and catchiness, just like in the old days- who can't headbang to "HORDES OF CHAOS! HORDES OF CHAOS! EVERYONE AGAINST EVERYONE, CHAOS!" and sing along at the same time? Good on Kreator.

Really? I honestly thought Coma of Souls was half-assed, but most people seem to share your opinion. I thought Hordes was a good album, but the production was kinda meh.

I like the production, because you can hear it loud without getting headache.

Ok, there are some In Flames quotes, but most of the time it kicks ass!
