Doesn't work like that, bro. If I say Metallica always sounded like a folk band to me, I'm still a dummy.

:P

The difference being, of course I can't believe I'm typing this and falling into the trap, White Zombie have stoner and industrial elements whilst Metallica are light on the folk.

You turd! There is no trap here. For someone so opinionated, you sure do get dramatic when people try to have discussions with you.

I'm simply saying that I don't think Zombie sounds like either band, and it's one of those things that shouldn't be arguable, freedom of opinion or not. I definitely don't hear any stoner or industrial elements outside of samples, and in that respect they have just as much in common with hip hop than industrial.

Dramatic?! Pfft. I was just about to say that I was freaking it to some of that funky Wu Tang shit the other day and I said to myself how much it reminded me of that "Grey Vampire" or whatever band that's like Kyuss and Ministry together, but weak.

But you beat me to it.

Dramatic, yes. Anytime someone disagrees with you, you act all butt-hurt. It's just a forum, dude. Settle down. You think White Zombie sounds like Kyuss and Ministry. I don't.

End of the world! :omfg:

How exactly am I butthurt? You're seeing asspains in the sky, boyo. Nothing dramatic going on my side, especially considering you're the one who brought out the insult guns - dummy, turd. This is the trap I've fallen into, getting in an argument over an issue which doesn not exist. Can we leave it there and go back to ignoring each other?

This particular album sounds nothing like Ministry. At all. La Sexorcisto is an anomaly in the catalog, it's not the noise the earlier albums are, and it's not the 90's Industrial that Astro-Creep is. This one's all 60's grroovy baby. Like far out.

No. You invited me back here, so I will make you love me. And "dummy" and "turd" are not insults, especially when I'm not intending them to be so. You're Gilligan and I'm the Skipper.

Then again, if you're butt-hurt, they'll seem like insults.
