When I listened to it for the first time I thought it was great. Then I listened to it again, and again.. I listened to it a few times more. Now I don't think I'm gonna go back to it anytime soon. Why? I don't know. I realy dislike this album now. When I want to listen to Moonspell I choose a different record. The very same thing happened to me when 'Death Magnetic' came out. Is it because a band released an album using their talent mixed with old formula but without heart?

Ever think it's your mood? I can't see why it would be great at first, then you really dislike it later. Doesn't make sense.

I can't listen to Moonspell all the time. Try not writing it off so quickly.

Though I like this album, I see what you are saying and somewhat agree (except the heart comment). It is dissappointing when compared to their past works. I would recommend checking out the interview with Rubio (if you have not) to gain some interesting perspective on these albums. Not that it will change your mind about it, but it will show you where he was coming from when he made them.

I think that the best way to appreciate it, and I speak for myself, was to buy the special edition with Alpha Noir/Omega White.

Both album are diffrent but both complete each others. I like the black/doom approach of AN and I also really like the gothic vibes of Omega White.
