An old thread, but check this out. For the past couple of weeks I've been wading through the gigantic piles of mail WMHC accumulated over the summer, and I came upon this. Now, most promoters send you a cd and a single page promo sheet. Maybe a sticker. (Stickers are cool.) Not the Great Kat. No, this is what we get from her:

In case you can't tell, both items to the far left are several pages stapled together.
