3. Annihilation by the Hands of God

It's ridiculous that this is the only song some of you will admit to liking! I haven't heard the whole album, but this song is absolutely terrible! How can anyone enjoy those ridiculous vocals?

So, is Keith Caputo on this CD? What song? Is it any good?

yea the vocals kind of suck, but it's still the best song on the album.

and label history doesn't really matter all that much when the best songwriter on the album is the drummer from Slipknot

maybe. or i might be pointing out the lack of power metal in the general view of metal. Aren't DragonForce signed to roadrunner? how come there's no "Extreme Power Metal"-ishness on this record?

I think this was out before DF signed to roadrunner, and it was certainly out before the released Inhuman rampage so they would most likey of been working on that. But i'm not sure.

OK, frig, I missed your point, my bad. But yeah, Dragonforce weren't on the label then and there were basically only three songwriters, right? Maybe four. Robb Flynn, Matt Heafy, Dino Cazares...and a death metal dude? I don't know, but either way, no power metal songwriters, really. Plus, I'm willing to bet that Roadrunner had some guidlines for them to follow.

Two of the tracks Dino contributed originated from a project he did years ago with Jose from Liquid Gang, an alt-rock group, so I bet RR had a certain style they were looking for.

You initial statement is ridiculous. I suggested you pay attention, thus you'll see how ridiculous your statement is.

Well, then, big difference, eh? If that's what you initially meant.
