Hmmm, I dont know exactly why, but Im beginning to take "perverse" pleasure everytime I think of some odd "genre" that gets replies like this. Very amusing, for some reason cracks me up every time. Like genres mean that much to me...hehe, music is music, but one must live by the rules of the workplace. Nu-Metal? We must have very different definitions of the like. Calling SOAD nu in my mind is the same as calling Cannibal Corpse nu...but well, to each their own.

I don't like this band, they're neither NWOBHM nor Thrash...hence they are crap. ....but seriously, they are crap.

This is Nu-Metal no doubts about it, slows down for the chorus, incoherent lyrics, incoherent music, boring repetitive songs... Where are the kickass solos? Where are the killer riffs? Nowhere in sight. Another boring NU Metal album, the worst SOAD so far in my opinion they just ran out of ideas for songs so they got too high and went and played any crap that their mushroom infested minds could come up with and ended up with this corny album. This new shit holds nothing against good old Metal. I'd give it a 25 out of 100, but then I'd have to be real drunk, so 10% might be more realistic.

I give your intelligence level a 5 out of 100. And I'm in a generous mood.

Hint: Don't insult another band for taking mushrooms, when you are a huge Megadeth fan.

I don't know if Dave Mustaine took mushrooms but at least he wrote great music.
