The vocals take getting used to. I personally love them and wouldn't have them any other way. I suggest you try the album a couple more times, and if it's not your thing, that's fine.

I just got this in the mail today. Wow. It certainly does a good job of grabbing your attention right off the bat. I'm liking it so far - the chaos is just enough to make things interesting without being off-putting. Jaden is right about the vocals, though. I think I'll have to listen to this album a couple times before I really start enjoying them.

Some of the riffs there are nothing short of miraculous :D The only problem with this record is the ambient breakdowns, which are disruptive and pretty uninspiring. I'd say that apart from that it's nigh on perfect.
