The vocals take getting used to. I personally love them and wouldn't have them any other way. I suggest you try the album a couple more times, and if it's not your thing, that's fine.

I just got this in the mail today. Wow. It certainly does a good job of grabbing your attention right off the bat. I'm liking it so far - the chaos is just enough to make things interesting without being off-putting. Jaden is right about the vocals, though. I think I'll have to listen to this album a couple times before I really start enjoying them.

Some of the riffs there are nothing short of miraculous The only problem with this record is the ambient breakdowns, which are disruptive and pretty uninspiring. I'd say that apart from that it's nigh on perfect.
