Look at what the tool at Sentinel Steel says (now, remember he's trying to SELL this to people):
HELLOWEEN Keeper of the Seven Keys : The Legacy 2CD digi
As pointed out on at least one metal message board, this is essentially a double disc set containing 2 completely different albums. So basically the buyer is getting 2 albums for the price of one. And here is why: CD 1 is an absolute power metal monster, and is the best Helloween album ever sung by Deris. While not really a "sequel" to the original Keeper albums, it has enough of the trademarks (power, speed, great melodies) to rank it high on the Helloween discography list. In fact there are moments that remind me more of 'Walls of Jericho' (particularly some of the retro drumming) than the later melodic stuff. Alas, while CD 1 gets an enthusiastic thumbs up, CD 2 leaves me confused. CD 2 has 1 or 2 good tracks ("The Shade In the Shadow" for one) but most of the tracks are in that typical Andi Deris writing style, i.e. melodic hard rock, with occasional hints of what Helloween is all about. A shame. Regardless, CD 1 is awesome, and a complete album on its own (similar in length to Keeper 1), so consider CD 2 as a disc of bonus tracks.
I don't care if he points out that the price is the same as one disc, he's essentially saying disc 2 isn't that great, then says please buy it! Pffft! Absoludicrisp.
At least he's being honest. Thats generally my review; Disc one is a lot stronger than disc 2.
