gonna check this out 'cause Cruz Del Sur usually has awesome bands and i haven't heard these guys

This is an awesome band, and I like their new CD a lot. I would score this more like 88/100, personally.

yeah maybe I was a little harsh, but there is a little bit of a cheese factor here. It was all intended to be cheesy, I would not mind at all, but the mix of cheese and truly epic was a little dissonant. good CD nonetheless, I hope I gave that impression to folks.

I think you described the CD very well, and I agree with you that "Born in the 70s" definitely isn't one of the better songs.
