Well put and thanks for the great review. This is one of my favorite Rush CD's. I've always felt that this one goes a bit unnoticed due to Rush consistently turning out quality music during this era.

I have so much Rush I need to get.

This was my first Rush album, and although it isnt the best Rush album its pretty dham solid, Dreamline Bravado and Neurotica are some of my fav Rush songs and there isnt much weak material here appart from Heresy and You bet Your Life, it is not as keyboard driven
as their 80's synth albums but keys are still pretty much all over the place in the background.

Overall i think it is a very cohesive album, very tame and unadventurous but just plain good, it doesnt standout much within the band's discography but still a very good album.

I would give it 82/100.

I absolutely love this one... One of my favorites.

Face up sucks. Rush even admited it.

I haven't listened to Heresy that much since it is so dated it makes 60's anti-vietnam songs seem relevant.

The rest of the album is amazing though.

Agreed, this one is an underrated gem. They achieved a very polished sound on this one that really reflects the early 90's well without loosing anything in the process.
