Girlschool are awesome!

Yes !! a great new album, solid as the rock !!!

80's were never so close nowadays ...

Girlschool have released some pretty awful albums through the years. They followed trends they shouldn't have losing themselves in the pop metal realm and that's what keeps me from considering them a class-act through and through.
Whilst their male counterparts, Motorhead fyi, have remained true to themselves even in their uninspired albums, the school girls have tried too much to be what they weren't with abysmal results.
That said, Legacy is a good album displaying the group's true identity. Sure, not all the songs are great, for example I find the "Dio mix" of I Spy to be quite horrendous but, on the whole, this is a decent and honest offering they've given us.
I wish them a long life.
