I've often seen them labeled "power/doom" and I got into this expecting a sound somewhat like Mirage Garden and I guess I wasn't too far off. Definitely reminds me of them. I'm usually not into slower power metal but Mirage Garden always appealed to me and Heathendom now joined that list. :dio:

Awesome album!
They have a sound unlike anything else I've heard... It's powerful, subtle, inventive, etc.
Every metalhead into ungeneric/unflowery power metal should check this one! :dio:

Granted it is not perfect but a damn fine mix it is and a very promising band too!
