Chad Kroeger? It sounds interesting but not for that reason. I'll check it out.

I don't like your review this time, Charles. It's pretty vague, and don't represent the band sound. I would like to develop a little more (not write a fuckin' essay :P). I've been enjoying this album over the last week, and while is not Dso or BAN like you said, is a good example of what's going on in the french bm scene. Your score is fair enough, maybe an 80 for me.

Their sound is quite vague, though. It has that BAN\DSO influenced basis but it has such a lot of other things going on that you can't really encapsulate it.

Yeah, this album didn't make much of an impression on me.

That cover looks like it belongs to generic metalcore band #9576. And they always had such good art...

I'll probably give this a listen, Glorior Belli have been on the to listen list for months now.

Most of the songs also bear a striking resemblance to later day Satyricon (mid-paced bluesy BM). I'd say fans of Satyricon should check this out.

As in fans of somewhat boring and mainstream black metal?
