The you should start now son as you're missing some quality prog power

As for the album , Bottom Deep is typical Communic which is not a bad thing since Communic = constant quality. Btw am i the only one who hear some lite Nevermore influences on this ?

They always had that distinctive Nevermore quality to them.

They have always reminded me of Nevermore as well, probably in large part due to the vocals. I think Communic has a different sound, but it's not so far off that the two aren't comparable in more than a few ways.

No North Amrican Release date so far.... I guess i'll have to import via Amazon which is quite costly. I'll probably take that oppertunity to order some older insomnium albums at the same time.

Really love all their albums esepcially Payment of Existance. Raven's cry and Stone Carved Eyes are some really awesome tracks.
Can't wait to have the new one take a few spins.

Nope I prefer the physical album. But in some cases I do buy the MP3's. In this case, the album isn't available in that format either.
I'm against downloading material that can be bought.

I have just bought all four albums. They are now getting more playtime than any other band. Are they my new favourits?

I think both bands have their strengths and weaknesses: Nevermore was better at their best, Communic has been far more consistent.

Fair enough. Nevermore just never clicked with me I guess.

Understandable, I never thought much of Warrell Dane's vocals. I'm sure not going to care about the new Nevermore now that Jeff Loomis is gone.

The singer has similarities to Warrell Dane at times, but musically they're not alike.
