Didn't now this album was out yet. I heard the Ephemeral EP and it sounded stellar. Gonna have to hear this immediately.

Didn't even know these guys had a new album coming out. I thought City of Echoes was a little weak too (the shorter songs seemed rushed and not as magical as the stuff on their first two albums) and I guess haven't been following Pelican too closely but I'll check this out.

The song with vocals is great, they should do more songs with vocals.

That's exactly how I was. When the label sent out the review request, I had no idea it was in the works. Then I did some looking, and saw the interview where Greg Anderson said it was a return to the Australasia sound. That's an overstatement, but if you liked Fire in Our Throats, this should sit well with you.
