Nice review Zad, out of curiosity what do you think of Sickening Horror's newest? You probably know its Kollias's old band but that he didn't do the drums in the new album. Its definitely a strange experimental death album. THeir first was good but this new one is a departure but great, some seriously adictive tunes.

On topic I like Cerebrum but it needs more spins, I've been taking a break from tech-death for a while.

It's actually on my to-review list! Only heard a couple of tracks but it seems cool so far.

Woohoo! Mirrors Reflect Only Dead Bodies amazes me, so freaky and evil sounding. Its a unique album, I was expecting something else initially and was almost wanting to be disappointed but I couldn't resist the charm. Audible bass FTW! I look forward to your review.

Gave a listen to Cerebrum again last night and its a goodie, I may need to continue to give it some more time to really grow on me. Like you said its not sheer wankery but its still complex enough to warrant necessitated listens. Unfortunately I've kept myself out of the more technical loop for a good while, more than a couple years I'd say exploring simpler things, and this diet from my brain food has starved me for more but its hard to digest again. With time it'll return but it doesn't happen over night. /Rambling
