Good to see these guys reviewed here, too. Fucking awesome band! They've always reminded me of Misfits meets Load-era Metallica with Elvis singing. Haha. Such a great band, though. Very unique.

Have to agree with what was said so far: awesome to see Volbeat reviewed here again. It's great to see this band finally getting some recognition. They're definitely unique; Poulsen's got an amazing voice. Best of all, so far, they've been pretty consistent in quality.

I'll admit at first I thought they were gimmicky with "Elvis metal" and stuff but they do rock pretty hard and it's just fun music. Even the country music influence fits on there.. haha.

Really enjoy this album, my favorite by the band as it's definitely a bit harder and heavier than the follow-up. Just a damn fun album to listen to, definitely spring metal :lol:
