This an awesome album. I still remember the first time I heard "Ocean Planet" and The Riff made me think holyfuckingshit.

"Mario Duplantier's battery"

DID YOU SAY THIS BECAUSE FRENCH FOR DRUMMING IS "BATTERIE" and Gojira is a French band BECAUSE IF YES I WANT TO KISS YOU

This album is pretty awesome. These songs are intense live. Ocean Planet blew my mind the first time and I had to hear this album.

How ho, ey oooh. 87 huh? I know I should never get hung up on a score but hmmm. Gotta have to take that down with some alcohol I think.
You're probably right that this will become a classic though. Absolutely. Tis epic.

Ha, if only. No, I often put 'battery' instead of 'drumming' to mix things up, because people get pissy if I use the same word too much.

One of my favorite (probably my favorite) album of the last few years. When I first heard it I remember listening to it every day for a month or so :D
Battery means drums in Turkish too! We stole it from the French...

Crushing album, totally agree with noodles about Ocean Planet, with the whole whale sound thing. Prefer this to The Way of All Flesh.
