Napalm Death are a good band but not the kind of death metal i can listen to hours... I prefer technical death and brutal death, like Cryptopsy, Nile, Death....

does it have songs like THE INFLITRAITOR? the only good song on whatever album it was. the song kicks ass and is a killer opener, after that the whole thing goes to shit. it's "words from the exit wound" if i'm not mistaken.

Yes it is from WFTEW. But it's a very good album, in fact all Napalm Death albums are very good but inside the albums there are always kickass or terrible songs.

The songs I liked, other than Morale, were fast and grindy.

Don't buy ND albums if you don't want grindy music.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone.

Well, the only Napalm Death album i own is Inside The Torn Apart. I din't find it to be anything great. I would give it 65/100. The songs sounded pretty similar and the worst part was no solos. I really miss them solos. Dunno y, but apart from black metal, I find it difficult to pick up albums that have no solos at all since I feel they are such an integral part of metal. After listening to ITTA, i had second thoughts of picking up ND albums. Are all of their albums like that?

ITTA is a great album and ND albums better than this are Diatribes, Harmony Corruption, Enemy of the Music Business, Fear-Emptiness-Despair.

Dude, that era of Napalm Death is their Death/Grind era. There ARE NO SOLOS IN GRIND. It would disrupt the ridiculous tempo and make no sense with the shorter songs.

As for the songs sounding similar... that's pretty much the way it sounds to people not used to grind. All grind songs will sound alike until you train your ears for the subtle differences.

Pretty much all of their albums are like that, but if you like solos, than grind other than later Carcass really isn't for you.

I am pretty much aware that grind has no solos although I haven't listened to much of it. But i thought maybe ND would've have released something different . But from what you said, I believe grind is not something for me.
