Sounds good, will definitely pick it up.

On the note of another re-recording, I strongly think that would be a mistake. But Varg seems pretty intent that everything he did in the past sucks, so I wouldn't be surprised.

However, redone versions of Dauði Baldrs and Hliðskjálf......... :cool:

Sorry, but on no planet is "Key to the Gate" better on this album than on the original. :P The vocals are so much worse! The album is general contains worse versions of the old stuff; kind of reminds me of Manowar re-recording "Battle Hymns." Sure, the production is better, but the magic is somewhat gone. I think this album is totally unnecessary.

Some of the suffocating/claustrophobic riffs have been lost in the transition to a cleaner production.

I think this is really just a well done covers album.
