Known about this band forever, but I just think it's that alarming. To me it sounds like Meshuggah covering Devin Townsend.

maybe it's just me.

Wow. This is good.

I'd say a cross of God Is An Astronaut and Meshuggah.

Now this should be an interesting mix. I'll check this out.

If any band is compared to Meshuggah I typically run fast in the opposite direction.

I have never even heard Meshugah, but I like the music Cloudkicker because of its instrumental prog style.

Nothing "wrong" with it. But in that case I'd rather just listen to Devin Townsend or Meshuggah.

Like this a lot. I hear the Meshuggah and Devin Townsend comparisons but imo it's a fundamentally different thing because there's no vocals.

Cloudkicker is pretty great.

Tesseract is another great band in the same vein. Saw them open for Devvy T, and they were such a tight live band, it was great.

Push It Way Up could go on forever and I'd be happy.

Riff at the start of that song is so cool.

Starting to feel dumb for not listening to this guy more when I found out about him.
