So, are they cdr or not? You still havent answered to that. I usually dislike those, but I guess I could make an exception(did I spell that right) in this case...

by the way, the short samples from the last album give an indication for the genre, but not for the quality. Go for the three full songs on the site!

That word forest is becoming the black metal version of words like the iron in heavy metal, and dragon in powermetal>

I agree and I'm happy with it, since (as I explained in the review) it gives an idea on the band's sound.

"Like I often tend to do, some time ago I was searching in the internet archives for band-names to which I’m drawn. These usually tell a lot about a band’s sound and even quality. Through this, I’ve come to know many of favorite bands such as Forgotten Woods, Woods Of Infinity, Mystic Forest, Hate Forest and now this Swiss project. When I found Forest Of Fog"

Then you might like A Ravens Forest hahaha
Found them a while ago on www.purevolume.com
http://www.purevolume.com/aravensforest
http://www.purevolume.com/sombreheros
Also the second link is when i contacted the singer on email and after a while he told me that they had a secret account to post more song but don't tell people because they use it to send material to their label or something so i'm not supposed to post it but...fuck that theire fucking good!

Thanks A LOT man, this sounds really good. Rawer than the rest of what I mentioned, but I also listen to this kind of music often. It's very interesting stuff! Hails and thank you for sharing this information with us, I hope you stay around!
The song from the new album on their site is definitely best, It reminded me of some of the better work by Eternal Majesty. I don't know why, but the music sounds asif from a French BM-band.
