This is actually my favourite Lunar Aurora album, out of the 3 I have (This plus Weltenganger and Andacht).

I find that LA has the tendency to be somewhat long-winded, which is largely avoided on this album.

I agree with you. This album is much more to the point. But I love their epic feel on their other albums. This one is less beauty, more guts.

Thought Andacht was really good, loving the folkish epic thing on that one.. Haven't heard this though, should I?

Two very different albums. But they are excellent in their own right. I would say Andacht, Weltenganger, and Seelenfeuer were my 3 favorites of the 5 or so that I own.
