It seems, that guy from Hellraiser is slitting some bitches throat on a dark and windy night in a frostbitten kvlt cemetary.

Not that this has anything specific to do with this album in particular but could you recommend a "Black Metal" album(s) that are sooo good that they would win over the genres harshest critics and appeal to someone who appreciates all the other metal genres? Most (if not all) the Black Metal I've heard over the years I could not get into and although paletable in (very small doses) I have yet to hear an entire cd that I would a) spend money on or b) care if I ever heard it again. In other words what are the ultimate must-have Black Metal cd's that are indispensable?

try:
ulver - bergtatt
mystic forest - romances
taake - doedskevad

if you want samples, here they are:
mystic forest:

forest of fog, this sounds a little like taake (the demo sounds like nargaroth's rasluka II by the way)

About Urgehal, I agree with the Dark Throne influence and I suppose you mean later Satyricon and not old, which I agree with as well. I also agree that this is norsecore, but I do not agree with the score. I think this is below average: 40/100 or 45 or something.
