It's a good release, but I still prefer their ST over this.

There just seems to be something missing on this album. Either it's cause it's not that long an album, there's not enough great songs on it, or something in between.

Still worth a grab! I'd give it roughly the same score!

Also, don't forget their debut album with Elisa is being rereleased (a hard to find album) with a bonus CD that includes some demo songs.

www.theendrecords.com has some in stock even though it's not supposed to come out till the middle of May...

I find it amazing that "Winter" from Vivaldi is on this cd as I have often over the years told people that I considered it the first real "metal" composition and have often included it in its original form mixed in with other songs! It's a great work in any form and I will buy this cd for that alone and consider the rest a bonus!

The only thing I found wrong with Vivaldi's Winter on this CD is the guitar playing seems unsmooth. Like take At Vance's Chained, where they cover the same song (Just released). There Olaf's playing just seems a little crisper and more solid than Dark Moor's.

Maybe its just the guitar effect though used for the lead. Maybe a little less gain in the lead would've made it less fuzzy

*shrugs*

Yes!. Theend already shipped me the new Dark Moor re-release with bonus Demo and it said pre-order?? who knows. I like it, but i had the original as well.
simply for collecters purposes and fans.
nice cover artwork as well!

I agree I like the s/t a little better ,but this is still good.
I like to keep Elisa Era and the male singer seperated as two entities, but I love the entire catalogue.

If only I could get my hands on the Fall of Melnibone (EP)????
I downloaded the songs, but I want the original. I think only 1000 copies went to the spansih mkt

Any help please??
Will pay for it if you know what I mean
