Great album I like Parallel Minds better but still a solid Conception album :dio:

Don't want to nitpick or anything but how is this not an album of the year/month with a 97/100 quote ?

:P

Edit : nvm. I just saw that it was released in 1995 lol

Needs an "archive" tag! I haven't heard this, but I'm super skeptical that it deserves a 97, judging from my experiences with Parallel Minds. Will listen at some point in the near future.

I love Conception's "Flow" and Khan's work with Kamelot, but for some reason, this album never really got to me.

It sounds like the guitar riffs and bass beats stay on the same chord for most of the song. Doesn't seem to have melodic chord changes. Anyone else get that feeling when listening to it?

Flow is really good wish they would get back together, as for new prog metal I've been listening to the new Sun Caged quite a lot and a new band called Lost In Thought have a good album out called "Opus Arise" some are saying it's not the most orginal but I like it one for fans of DT etc.
