Why do we have archive reviews of obscure unimportant albums when so many new releases are left aside?

Why do we have so many people who just want to complain all the time instead of checking out a reviewed album to see if they like it? Write your own reviews if you're so desperate to see all the new releases covered. Personally I appreciate the opportunity to discover an older album that I otherwise would never have heard of, and this site has provided me with many such gems.

I'd appreciate the opportunity if the big new releases were regularily covered. Since that's not the case...
