Really glad this band is getting a review here, and I appreciate it furthermore because I had no idea they had a new album. I'll check it out and then address the points raised, thanks Charles.

I'm not liking this... and I love Sear Bliss. I'll try a few more spins, but so far, nothing has grabbed me.

I tried one of their older album but nothing really took me to another world. I will give this album a go and see how I like it. With so many mediocre BM acts anything that blends with that generic stuff will obviously be stamped as no in my book.

Yeah, give the whole album a shot, it should grow on you.

This band sounds a bit generic to me.

I differ. The trumpets and trombones gives them an unique touch. What albums have you heard?

The Arcane Odyssey. Yes the trumpets and trombones do give them a unique sound but that's inevitable anyway. The riffs and the structure seems a bit generic. This is my first impression of the band.

Yeah, I see what you are saying Alex. A number of the tracks are fine, but I'm not hearing what made them distinct on earlier albums.
