Hmm, Andy, you said you haven't found any flaws with any Summoning full-lengths, well, I haven't either save one. So basically this albums reminds you more of Oath Bound than any other Summoning?

This album is the first album in a long time that actually....bored me. I had to stop listening. For some reason, of all the Summoning albums, this was the first one I couldn't not make it through. I can't put my finger on as to why though which is odd. Maybe my tastes have changed in what I look for in black metal since the last time I listened to a Summoning record, which admittedly was a long time ago. I'll give it a few more spins. But between the new WOE and Imperium Dekadenz being in my playlist I think Summoning is going to take a back seat.
