Yeah, great little debut. The style reminds of the new The Black album, Gorgoni, although that one's more epic and more proggish.

Not bad stuff. A little slow without being doomy at all (which I usually need if it is going to slow down and go ballad-y) but I could enjoy this.

Btw, a lot of the singer's vocal lines seem stolen from a never recorded King Diamond album. Love them.

Ok ive benn listening to this album and so far i think its fucking great... but there is something about them that seems too gimmicky IMO, i hope im wrong and this is something more than a novelty act because the music on this album is excellent.

Definitely overrated. Not sure how this band has generated such attention.

However, I do think they're quite good. Great, even. Just not quite level with the high praise they receive.

Definitely a good album, great in parts, but agreed that they are recieving way too much hype. And yes, they are definitely a gimmick band, just read some of their interviews.

Humm just picked this one up, quirky and off kilter enough to keep my interest. I dig.

BTW They remind me a little bit like a heavier version of Coven, although there were plenty of bands like this around in the late 60s/early 70s
