IT'S ABOUT TIME THIS WAS REVIEWED!

This is one of the most lively death metal albums I've ever heard. Whereas most tech-death bands come off as sterile and flat, these guys have a certain flair that keeps me excited -- and more importantly, interested.

100/100. Still the death metal album of the year, for me.

You know, first I was very sceptical. Me and this kind of death vocals doesn't get well along. But this may be the band which gets me into more brutal music. Will get this ASAP. Sounds very good.

Saw these guys last night opening for Vader .. and I totally agree with the positive review. These guys are amazingly technical, tight and talented, but they also add variety with the melodic interludes. The riffs proper while brutal are tinged with harmonic mini melodies that hold your interest. I would call it stream-of-consciousness death metal.

Easily one of the best death metal albums of the last 15 years.

Its incredibly fast paced, well composed, and is an assault on the ears of nothing but pure melody and intricate songcraft. If you haven't heard The Living Doorway you are missing out. This album is amazing.

The only album of theirs that I can tolerate though. BUT IT IS FUCKING AMAZING. Haven't listened in for forever though.
