Agreed on the score. The new Beherit is the best. Their shit in the early 90's is just experimental black metal that isn't that great.

I got this when it came out and consider it complete garbage. I will give Drawing Down The Moon a chance again since I know that the production and songs were more thought out and evil.

I was wondering if this album had been reviewed. Personally I quite like this record. It's raw, nasty and hateful black metal. Perhaps The Oath Of Black Blood is an album which divides opinion in much the same way Drawing Down The Moon does. I prefer this album if I'm being perfectly honest.
