Great vocals but I still prefer Mikael, further I loved the sharp "old Entombed" guitar sound on RTC

i think this album is good.. . i was dissapointed that the singer of opeth wasn't in it when i first hear about it but when i downloaded "outnumbering the day" i was amazed . . . i still like the first one better . . . and i loved the fucked up fuzz guitar sounds of the first album . . . it made the music so disgusting(in a good way) that iwas almost genius

I agree, the production on the first one was great! just soo filthy, as if both the vocalist and the guitars were gurgling bloody mud with chunks...

Jeez, I don't know about that.... Anway, I like it because it's just pure death metal done well.

The MP3 "Outnumbering the Day" taken from their website sounds indeed very promising for the rest of the album.
Death metal the way it's meant to be, grrrrrrr!

I think Resurrection Through Carnage is better, I really like the crunchy guitar tones on the album; although this album is better than any recent Hypocrisy album I've heard.

Its been a while since this mother was released, but it's turning out to be one of my favorite albums of all time. And Bloodbath to be one of the finest groups ever, even with different singers.

When someone mentions death metal to me, I instantly think of Bloodbath, and anyone who has not already checked this out should do so.

This is one amazing album. I like it more than Resurrection by quite a bit. Better musicianship (especially the drumming), better songwriting (more individual sounding songs with better riffs and hooks), and even better production (I like crunchy but I don't like how it was done in Resurrection whereas Nightmares had perfect production). Also as much as I love the vocals in both albums, TÃĪgtgren fit a lot better and provided more raw and evil sounding vocals that changed enough to keep them interesting. Such a damn good band anyways, it doesn't matter which is better.

Hell, here's a damn bump.
This album, apart from most, actually gets better the more I hear it. And I've heard it ALOT.
So, if there still are anyone out there with no knowledge of this amazing band, give yourself a smack and then go out and buy this record. Head banging-guarantee.
