I have a load of demo mp3s of these guys somewhere. 74 is about right, I think... or maybe lower... not a very exciting band.

Rio, 74 is a good score! If a band was not very exciting, i would give it a 65 or less.

My problem is i couldnt get into this release for some reason. Maybe i had to much other stuff to listen to :wacko:

Edit: Vadeskudd and Svart are great songs. this is easily in the 75-79 range. Actually, its more like a 78 or 79, nothing amazing, but utterly solid and a little bit original.

Before I sent this off to Kayla I listened to it all the way through. Surprisingly, I thought it was pretty good. Nothing I'd ever buy, but it was definitely pretty cool.

But you cant really trust that place lol.

You know what you may like, the new Nachtmystium cd. Quite melodic, and the screechy vocals are kinda mixed in the back

Well, this isn't the worst piece of music, I like it and think it's indeed very good, but: it was already done plenty of times even before the millennium's end. And then nowadays there are bands doing the same stuff better: Koldbrann, Katharsis, Satanic Warmaster, etc.

Gave it additional 5 points for the band's origin.

BAh! This album is a solid 90 hands down. One of the best releases from Norway in the last few years.
