This is really not an album that can be judged by "samples"....You should listen to it all before passing judgement. It took a couple of listens for me to even get into it and I've been a huge fan since the 70's. I love it now!!

as I said before, this is way better than Bananas and Abandon were... but still not up to my 2 fav' "classic" DP albums : House of Blue Light 80/100 & Purpendicular 85/100

worst on this album is that I still miss Jon Lord very much

65/100

Yeah tell me about it. Metal/hard rock albums should_not_ever have photgraphs on the front, unless it has been photshopped beyond recognition, or is of something like an iceberg or a grim frostbitten cabbage patch.
