Am I the only one who finds Jon genuinely creepy? He killed a man, had less justification for it than did Varg, shows no remorse due to his religious beliefs, and is barely talked about. This Misanthropic Luciferian Order is, well, pretty  .

As for the music, agreed with Dogan.

All you need is to stare into his gaze on the recent photographs. Genuinely creepy indeed.

Definitely creepy indeed

The MLO are a bunch of nutcases. Oh, btw, this album is poor.

Still I'd say if there is no Burzum then this deserves no place here either. Oh well, I'm not out to start another discussion about that, so forget it... I even forgot that I don't care :D

Nah, the MLO's idea of superior being is not based upon race... but while I agree with some of their principles (setting oneself apart from the ignorant, sedated-minded masses, for example) I still think it's a bunch of crap. I mean, first they support individuality as a whole ("lawless be the only law") but then you have to accept all the other rules to fit in? It's like exchaning a straightjacket for chains that hold you suspended against a prison wall.

Oops, I thought that second pic was Jon's too.

i disagree for the most part, your score of 54 or w/e is i guess for what you said people looking for old dissection , atmospheric melodic black metal - but your wrogn on syaing its not a godo melodic death metal album, cuz it really is a catchy fucking album, that said ill score it a 70/100 = its not dissection but its not bad

This is your opinion and I respect it, I just thought that catchy does not always mean good, and it is too damn difficult to last on anything that delivers "catchy" qualities only.

Because Varg is a Nazi. Simple as that. A lot of heated debates happened in the past, so don't go there.

Bah. It's definitely not a bad album, but is not a good one also. The voice is awesome, the melodies are between fair and good. The drums SUCK! :? 50/100

It's Ed Norton in American History X. A good film, with prison rape scenes in it.

I enjoyed the 'stomp-head-on-pavement' bit better. But then I was drunk at the time, so I think I was laughing practically the whole way through.

So nothing political gets reviewed on here? Just curious or only Far right wing crap?

Anyways, I dug the one song I heard, it was great melodic death metal. Man, Dissection always was a Melodic Death Metal band leaning heavily towards Trad Metal (check out the Somberlein), only their ideals and trapping (and the vocals somewhat) were BM, the music as a lot more in common with early Dark Tranquilty and Sentenced then with Mayhem or Abbruptum. Anyways, I don't know if I will buy this.

As far as the man? Who care really there are crap people everywhere in the world so I tend to focus on the music more then the beliefs so it doesn't bother me I buy stuff by guys like this.
