If you can't find anything, always go to Metal-archives.com. Most likely a band, which is submitted by users of the site, will be there and with their entire catalogue and websites.

It is pretty underground. Their release Bloodthrone is sold out according to the White Legends website. I should probably add a link to the label website as they have quite a few Black Metal bands from Northern Ontario and the surrounding area.
