I just liesten to the mp3s, and this is ok. I really don't like it when they use blast beats tho, thats a great way to ruin a song. To be honest this is somethin that i would never buy but an interesting read and listen never the less.

I tried to make it make sense without typing the entire synopsis in the booklet, you know? Let's not pretend like many concept albums have amazing storylines. I could care less about the story, though, the music is badass!

I love the sound of the story, Im a huge RPG nerd. It wont make sense to alot of people, and it will make alot of people that do understand laugh, but I think its made for them and for people with tastes like them.

The music itself was pretty badass too, though the vocals might take me some getting used to though.

Yeah, it took some getting used to for me, but just crank it. That worked for me. The vocals are a minor flaw. This CD rules!

I considered the vocals to be one of the bands plus points

Most of the vocals are awesome, especially the female vocals and choirs. Occasionally some of the male vocals don't sound as good. For instance, in "Chaos Prophet," the first verse doesn't sound as good as it could be. That character that Armendar is singing as just doesn't have the greatest vocal tone. But later in the song, around 2:38, where he's singing in French, as Antoine, it sounds awesome!

Like I said, he did all the male vocals—which is impressive indeed—manipulating his voice for four different characters, and it just doesn't completely work. Had he gotten four separate male vocals this album would have been close to perfect!

The story comes from a book, and it's going to be an RPG! Crazy. This band is serious! Haha. I wish their distribution was better, though. They can't expect everyone to order from a Russian label like I did.
