I bought this last Saturday. I listened to it 3 times during a 350 mile drive yesterday!! It's a good thing I possess tons of self control because between the music and the idiots on the road, Nergal could have pushed me to commit vehicular homicide!! :lol:

This is a great CD! Tons of headbanging, venom spewing, fist pumping action!! :dio:

* I bought my copy from an independently owned music chain around the Baltimore area (Record and Tape Traders). They always have the metal stocked and ready to be bought. I was not happy when my local BestBuy (boxstore) didn't have any trace at all of Behemoth on their shelves. Support independent dealers when you can people!! :wink:

This album is awesome even if it isn't their best album. Inner Sanctum is a fucking awesome track and makes me wish Dane and Behemoth combine for a whole album.

The only bad part of the album is the lack of a standout track despite none of the tracks being bad.

I was kinda dissapointed at first. All in all id have to agree with the review though. Its a solid album maybe I can give it better attention later. Right now im consumed with pig destroyer and the new Nile.

I think this is their worst release yet. I usually believe in "don't fix it if it ain't broken" but their sound just got old for me. The little bits of new stuff didn't cut it. Too fail-safe. I'd give it an 80 but nothing before this was below a 90 imo.

Don't like the cover art here, either. Big step down from the last two.

I think that might be what it is because the head its holding looks really similar to one that came with a set of warhammer models my friend had :ph34r:

musically this is basically another pretty good death metal album from behemoth, hurray

After listening to this quite a bit, it's starting to become my favorite album of the year. Early on I was distraught by a lack of a standout track besides Inner Sanctum but Be Without Fear and Christgrinding Avenue are starting to emerge and are really fucking awesome.

Off-topic but I also just found Grom and that album is really good for being so different than their recent style. It's amazing how much their style has changed .

genius BTW.

As for the cover .. unfortunately that's what ancient sculptures look like in real life .. kind of amateurish and dissapointing for the most part.
