This is indeed a great way to kick off the new year. Good album. So far Ive only heard this new one and Mood Swings from this band and I've really enjoyed both albums.

Hey thanks man. I'm glad I was able to get someone to check these guys out. They really never will be big like say Sonata (different genre notwithstanding) but Harem Scarem have made some really great albums. Give the 2002 Weight Of The World a listen. Mike's review for that was actually what got me into this bad ass band back when it was posted.

This is a very nice release. Lots of catchy songs that are very enjoyable to listen to. My only small complain would be the singer's voice that sounds like so many others in that kind of music. I understand that I can't blame them for that but originality always gives extra points. I'd rate this around 85/100.
