I'm far from the incarnation of black metal in human form, but as I'm from denmark myself I just wanted to recommend another danish black oneman-metal band, Nortt.
I don't know much about black metal or if this is what is considdered good, but it gets high praises from all the black heads in Denmark.

Well [6EN6KI6], I guess Angantyr could be described as a bit of a Darkthrone clone with more of an epic feeling to it's music. Quite nice, I'm sure you'll enjot it [6EN6KI6].

As for Nortt, Chrash is right, it is a great band, probably the best one to mix Black Metal and Funeral Doom. By the way, Nortt has recently released a split with Xasthur, or is in the process of releasing it. Anyway, thanks for the recommendation Chrash.

I see.
Is the music melodic and does Sejr make you want to bang your head?

The music is quite melodic and as for the headbaning, well, there are some riffs that will blow you away, I guess you'd like to head bang sometimes.

The problem with the album is that it is very generic and derivative, after a while the album feels a bit tedious, still, remember that a 70 means that this is a good album, and if you enjoy Black Metal you'll sure enjoy this one a lot, until, the next good generic Black Metal album comes out and you forget about this one.

If you like Angantyr I think you will like Make A Change... Kill Yourself as well. It is very reminiscent of Angantyr but slower and more depressive and it has some female vocals.

It's not like Tarja Turunen kicking in with a loud text in elvish ( ) or actual female singing between the growls like Sirenia (and many others). Here the girl is mostly speaking and in Chapter III she is backing the instruments by singing along the tune, which she actually manages to do reasonably well.
