I read a couple of reviews that said this video suffered from the dreaded "MTV-style video edit". Is this true? I hate that shit...maybe fine for a 4 minute video, but it gets really annoying in a 90 minute concert. It always puts me on the edge of epilepsy.

I didn't find it to be like that. It has some fast edits and quick camera shots but nothing like the Maiden ones. Overall, I would say that it's on par with the editing of most live DVDs that I've seen.

Well, like I implied, I can handle quick video cuts in short doses. I've seen some awesome concerts ruined by this (Rage - 20th Anniversary bell is clamoring). I trust your tastes Marty, as you've always been my fave reviewer, but I think I'll Netflix it first. :D

AWESOME pic of CRISS by the way!

Sounds like another AC classick! I'll have to borrow that one, you can bring it over when you come for a couple of homebrews on the way home from work. Listening to "Chinese Democracy" right now. Not bad on first impression but Axl could have used some Slashs' input.
