This is another great album but I do miss the heaviness a bit. Also, the loss of Flemming Rasmussen has proven a slight knock against the band because the solos on the first two often awe inspiring and nothing on Hyperion or 8 Deadly Sins has compared. Never the less, this album has better writing and a stellar production making it way more powerful! Lars has improved with time also. The best example is that he does a great job on the slower ballad where he used to falter on the mellow sections. I'd say this is probably their best release yet despite the mentioned detractions. Definitely one of the most talented and unique bands in the scene and an album to check out for those searching for something really heavy and original in a sea of power metal clones.

I'd say their best is Darkness With Tales to Tell, followed by Hyperion.

Hyperion has to be my favourite, but they all rule an incredible amount.
