Great to see another who feels this is as good as Trilateral. A lot of people I know are whining about how this is the biggest disappointment of the year and I beg to differ. Crushing stuff here!

Only thing we need now is Quo Vadis releasing a new album and we'll prove we're a death metal hotbed! :dio:

A very good album, a little less intense than Trilater. And something about the production still bothers me...
Actually most cds i listen lately have something wrong with the production to me.

No need to do that. I think it's pretty clear that Canada has the best modern death metal scene in the world.

True enough :)

I think it'll be interesting to see where QV goes with the new line-up. One band not many have heard about is Negativa. It features Steeve and Luc from Gorguts. They released a promising EP already and a full length is supposedly in the works. I think it'll be interesting to see where they go. It probably won't touch the greatness of Obscura... but we'll see! :dio:

Sounds interesting. I'm getting a hold of it as we speak.

Otherwise, seems like sort of a weak week of metal as far as reviews. =(

Because I'm not interested in anything else reviewed. Just my personal opinion based on my tastes. Take it easy, guys. I'm not bashing your reviews.
