What a bunch of pussies those friends.
I was the only person in my group of friends who really loved Crimson Glory. Most cited that they couldn't stand Midnight's voice. They were pussies too.

I just finally got to this album after forgetting about these guys for so long, and I absolutely love it, quickly becoming one of my favorites. So, I have a question for all of you who aren't douchebags like Holy_Terror, which Savatage album should I get next if I really like The Hall Of THe Mountain King?

Just get everything they made up until Streets. Dungeons would be a good way to go... Which is what I'm going to listen to right now thanks to this thread.

And how can you not like Oliva's vocals? They're unique, energetic, and you know it's Jon Oliva. My kinda vocalist.

Unquestionably the greatest power metal band I've heard, probably a tie between them and Blind Guardian. These guys had it all amazing vocals, crushing riffs, Criss Oliva's magnificent solos.
