Exciter - Heavy Metal Maniac

How about some Tygers of Pantang?
Spellbound comes to mind.

Nah... I don't find it a classic

Thin Lizzy - Jailbreak

"I am the warrior
I serve the death machine
Losers or conquerors
All flash past on my silver screen

Death is no easy answer
For those who wish to know
Ask those who have been before you
What fate the future holds

It ain't pretty...

I am a messenger
The message here, you must know
I am the warrior
I deliver the fatal blow

So fate will have to wait
Till time can heal the scar
My heart is ruled by venus
And my head by mars"

It is, nonetheless.

[quote="cry of the banshee"]Thin Lizzy - Jailbreak

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I am just a cowboy lonesome on the trail
A starry night, a campfire light
The coyote call, the howling winds wail
So I ride out to the old sundown...

That whole album is exceptional; it has absolutely beautiful guitar work, solid, competent skinsmanship and Phil Lynott's streetwise poignancy is in top form.
Any other band attempting something like The Cowboy Song would never have been able to pull it off.
Their being Irish is a definite plus, as well. :D

I don't know if these are already mentioned, but here are some that should be reviewed:

Dio - The Last In Line...The one I'd like the most to see among classics

Scorpions - Blackout
Judas Priest - Screaming For Vengeance
Black Sabbath - s/t
Accept - Balls To The Wall
Crimson Glory - Transcended
Running Wild - Under Jolly Roger
Gamma Ray - Land Of The Free
Manowar - Hail To England

:dio:

JP's Stained Class needs to be a classic!

Notice the exclamation point.

I've already said it but this place needs Mercyful Fate's Melissa to be reviewed as a classic. And also one needs not to forget Mordid Angel's Blessed Are The Sick.

Agreed on Blessed Are The Sick. Also, Obituary's Slowly We Rot needs a classic review.

Melissa is indeed one of the finest slabs of metal ever forged. Damn near perfect.
It's classic status is undeniable.

I could live with some Manowar as a classic review.

Into Glory Ride deserves this status.

at the gates - the red in the sky is ours

suffocation - pierced from within.

death - symbolic is easily one of, if not THE best death metal album ever. that needs to be reviewed asap!

i really think immolation needs the recognition they deserve. i personally think unholy cult is their finest hour but seeing as that is already reviewed maybe here in after (nailed to gold is :dio: :dio: :dio: :dio: )

I do plan on getting more old-school DM done in the future, so will be considering these names. Might even see some rarities...
