Not sure about Branded & Exiled, but Gates to purgatory & Under Jolly Roger (my fav Running Wild) deserve it.

That was such a godly response to such an awful suggestion. Honestly, though, there two best songs are Punishment and Tales from the Hard Side and neither track is that great.

Ooh, now you're talking. Heard that ages ago and loved it, must hunt it down properly and share the wonder.

I can't believe you wankers lumped me into the poseur catergory with this guy.
Seriously, WTF?

Been listening to metal since most of you were in diapers or before... while I was banging, ya'all were sucking your mothers tit and making messes in your Pampers.

Nothing says 'poser' like an American using the word 'wanker'.

How about a Brit that can't spell poseur.
I mean, you guys created the language, right?
The post was made in a more or less facetious vein, but, seriously...
one likes Nickleback and thinks Biohazard is a classic, the other can't distinguish between thrash and black metal... WTF have I done to deserve being in the same catergory as these two?
Of course, the whole poll thing is a farce anyways, which is why I took no part in it.
Popularity contests are nothing but twattery (oooh, another non-American word) for those in need of validation.

Dude, chill. I was totally using the word ironically, like, an American, you know? You know I'm just kiddin' with ya, anyways. And the people voted! such is democracy, you get what everyone thinks.

Hey, I am chilled, and I am just kidding around, too.
I am genuinely curious how I got labeled a "poser" along with Holy Terror, though...
that shit just hurts.

edit: I just realized it wasn't MW316 but noodles that I share this with, and fuck, that's even worse! No offense, noodles...

Goddammit Zad this was exactly the reason ya shouldn't have put negative awards on the list. The fact that you share the title with Noodles and Holy Terror who are both incredibly well versed in music and metal, respectively, and Frig is just as respectable shows that the award was just a joke. It was probably only one or two votes anyways by people who don't know you.

Dissection - Storm of the Light's Bane should be a classic.

Haha, I'm not really taking any of it very seriously, and you are right: HT, noodles are both very knowledgeable about metal, though I think noodles is more into punk. As for FS, I don't really know enough about him to say.
But the Biohazrd classic proclamation seems dubious, at best.
Meh, no big deal to me, indeed I find it humorous.
Shit, I'm 41 going on 42, been listening to metal since the late 70's, and I'll probably never stop.
It's not as if I listen to Joni Mitchell, or something, haha.

Poseur is a french word so it's no surprise a brit cannot write it properly. It comes from the verb "poser" which means "to parade" or what someone very proud of himself does in front of the others.

Are you saying the English can't spell, monsieur?
