As long as KoRn's s/t gets classic status, I am fine with it being reviewed after those.

It's not like one album is considered more important just because it's reviewed first. Damn.

Thats my feeling on it as well, I mean look at all the classic albums. Just cause one got reviewed 1st doesnt make it better then the ones after it.

I know that alot of people on here dont like KoRn at all, but their 1st record was really something special and deserves to be a classic. I just dont get why people say they arent "metal". I mean, they have songs that are heavier then alot of bands that are considered metal.

NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO.

That is all. Seriously, not only Court in the Act, but 19/20ths of the entire metal discography deserves to be labelled classic before that. It is not a metal classic in any way, shape, or form. Call me closed minded or whatever the fuck you want, but Korn shouldn't have a place on this site, let alone in the classics section.

Edit: Ha, I see I'm two months late with this. That'll show 'em/

I think Meat Loaf's follow up to Bat Out Of Hell, Dead Ringer, was even better than BOOH and it's definately more hard rock than its prequel. Definately deserves to be a clasic.

Helloween had a great influence on metal since they released their first album "Walls of Jericho" so i find it rather strange that this one is not even reviewed on this site.

All classics seem overrated to some people. :P

I still think this brings feelings of classicness to a shitload of metalfans.

I again propose for Ecliptica to be re-reviewed and awarded classics labelling.

Well, my dear Sonata Arctica fanboy, I really don't think that's gonna happen. One, re-reviews don't happen around here since they're pretty pointless. Why redo a review that is fine as is when we obviously have a lot of reviews backlogged? Also, it was released in 2000, so it's too recent for classic consideration on this site.

Never! Ecliptica should be a classic as it set the standard for PM ever since it's release.

And it received a 95/100.

I'm sure you'll find a way to cope.
