Ooooh I'd say about 70% of that album is crushingly awesome. Shame about the rest of it.

I think the whole thing's great. Haven't listened to it in a while, but it is one of my favorite albums ever. The story is worth checking out, Zad...have a listen with the lyrics booklet.

Yes, absolutely amazing record. I love every single part of it. It\s hard to get the story just by reading the booklet. I read a track by track analysis on wikipedia :P

I got it just by reading the booklet...the booklet identifies the characters which pretty much clarifies everything. Coheed and Cambria is another story, though...I've listened to each album at least 10-15 times and I still have no idea what's going on in their story. I'd like to find an online explanation somewhere.

DT last really awesome cd when we saw them live recently the tracks they played from Scenes really blew all their recent stuff away. Every cd since has been a mixed bag with some great tracks but overall fail to get me in like Scenes did.

If you like it then get the Live Scenes from New York dvd. It's the whole album live plus some of their earlier classics like A Change of Seasons and Learning to live great performances all round.

Yeah, but that DVD certainly has some downs to. LaBrie doesn't last trough half of the set, and the playing sloppy here and there

Pffft. Try and defend Through Her Eyes. Just try so I may amuse myself by mocking how wrong you are.

Well, it's got some great songs, but also some that don't quite cut it. A solid album, but if you don't like Done By Mirrors, I can't imagine you'd like this one.
